Los Angeles - This Trade Conference is an online gathering of enlightened women and advocates in the travel, tourism, and hospitality industries. The event has been held annually since 2013 and is supported by more than 12,500 women globally who belong to the Travel Industry Executive Women’s Network (TIEWN).

This Conference recognizes women internationally who lead in their fields and who are excited to pass on their legacies. This conference consciously creates a forum for women to support each other and to discuss, debate, and deliberate on issues of importance as it relates to the modern female achiever. As our community grows, we feel it is important to tackle issues that influential women in this industry space must face, particularly post-Pandemic. We consciously support all avenues of success for our network of femme entrepreneurs and professionals including ownership and management as well as securing investors for their hotels, technology, and other projects.

Highlights include support of women in media such as Lisa Ellen Niver with over 1.3 million views of her travel videos and her panelists from National Geographic and AFAR Media. Top travel advisor owners will review how resiliency carried them through the Pandemic to their success today and guiding business and leisure travelers through the myriad of global travel restrictions. From top female hotel owners to wellness to new technologies to crisis management, the array of topics in this year's Agenda is a very wide range of content you won’t find anywhere else. Niki Leondakis, ex-CEO of Kimpton Hotels returns to the stage for an update on Leadership Skills in a Changing World. Attendees will select their favorites and then be able to come back for a week or a month, depending on their ticket, to review the other sessions.

There will be several sessions for attendees to meet one-on-one through a speed-dating App, as well as in small introduction rooms throughout the day. Additionally, they can connect with each other via the conference App where they will build their own profile. Sponsors will have extensive opportunity to present and connect, all supported by gamification with prizes given away at the end of the day.

A highlight of the day's speakers includes Frances & Ariela Kiradjian, Partners - TIEWN, BLLA, StayBoutique, Boutique Money Group and BLLA Events; Amber Asher, President & General Counsel - Standard Hotels International, Bev Maloney-Fischback. CEO, Founder, & Publisher - Organic Spa Media, Dr. Peter Tarlow , Author and Founder & President - Tourism & More, Louise Gillon, Head of Hotel Finance - Bank Leumi Israel, Virginia Messina, Senior Vice President - World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC), Sowon Kim, Associate Professor - Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne (Switzerland), Shirnett Fleet, Chief Marketing Officer - Uniworld Boutique River Cruise Collection and many more.

2021 Series

This year’s theme is RESILIENCY. We rally women in the travel, hospitality, and tourism businesses to evoke contemporary change and support each other as a community. The past year and a half, while an extreme challenge for most of us, has taught us to tap into our resilient nature, creating positive moments that carry us all through to rebuilding our lives and continuing our progress, both personal and professional.

Our attendees come to feel empowered, gain the right resources, make strategic interactions, and celebrate the growing movement of modern feminism. We are crusaders and intellectuals coming together with the same goal. Together, let us defy the convention of sameness. Words spark movements, so let us come together and keep the conversation going and growing.

Attendees join fellow professionals in changing the status quo on July 14, 2021.
