The ALL CONNECT concept, a new hybrid meeting experience based on Microsoft Teams solutions, is currently being deployed in our hotels worldwide.

Last February, we announced the launch of ALL CONNECT to respond to the new trends in remote work that have emerged with the health crisis: working from home, from your hotel room, in a café or from a co-working space. However, working from places other than the office can mean connection problems or technical issues associated with certain videoconferencing platforms.

Accor's research shows that 50% of the physical meetings initially planned by its Meetings & Events customers in 2021 will shift to virtual formats, and that 70% of respondents see hybrid meetings as a key service offer in the future.

Accor is responding to this trend with ALL CONNECT in partnership with Microsoft Teams, the world leader in videoconferencing solutions, and Insight, a technology solutions provider. With ALL CONNECT, our hotels can deliver seamless and efficient meeting experiences, including allowing companies and organizers to schedule physical meetings at the hotel while ensuring remote and simultaneous interaction with multiple external participants. New: searching for an hybrid meeting hotel is now available on the meetings.accor.com website through a dedicated filter in the search engine.

Offer roll-out and marketing

Today, 55% of Accor hotels have rooms that can be used for hybrid meetings. The Group's objective is to develop the concept throughout the 3,200 establishments equipped with meeting rooms by the end of 2022, in order to offer an enriched experience, setting a new benchmark for meetings.

In addition to the ALL Meetings & Events booking platform, the sales teams take care of the sales pitch as well as supporting the hotel teams on the organization of meetings, workshops, training sessions, team-building events and much more.

Finally, the ALL CONNECT offer is integrated with our ALL - Accor Live Limitless loyalty program, allowing members to earn Reward points for each meeting booked. Members can then use them to schedule their next meeting or benefit from unforgettable experiences: catering, sport, overnight stays, wellness, entertainment, etc.
