Rocco Forte Hotels Launch New Employee Listening Strategy
Rocco Forte Hotels are launching a new employee engagement and happiness programme, in conjunction with The Happiness Index, across their global portfolio.

Rocco Forte Hotels will implement the neuroscience backed employee engagement and happiness platform provided by The Happiness Index to enable their people to feedback whenever, and wherever they want, as well as analysing their cultural health in-depth to support the people strategy at each individual hotel. The platform offers +20 pre-built neuroscience backed surveys. The data is available in real-time and highlights key drivers to prioritise and provides insight on how to take action.
