Deutsche Hospitality has landed two separate employer awards and thus delivered another fabulous success for the DH Family. The hotel group, which has around 11,000 staff worldwide, has held on to its “Germany’s Top Employer” status every year since 2010. This accolade is conferred following an external audit conducted by Top Employer Institute, an independent company specialising in HR certifications which operates globally. The assessment is based on various criteria such as the development opportunities enjoyed by employees and consideration of ethical and social factors.

In addition, the magazine Focus Business has once again named Deutsche Hospitality a “Top National Employer”. This is a further title which the company has retained for several years, in this case since 2014. Recognition as a Top National Employer is informed by feedback provided by staff on the kununu.com rating portal. Despite the pandemic, Deutsche Hospitality received 4.1 out of a possible 5 points on the platform. Its referral rate also increased to 91%. As a result, the company was able to take the first place among the major companies in the gastronomy / hotel / tourism segment.
