As one of Hilton’s (NYSE: HLT) fastest growing brands in the Caribbean and Latin America, Hilton Garden Inn announced today the opening of Hilton Garden Inn Cancun Airport, adding to Hilton’s more than 80 hotels and resorts across 11 brands in Mexico. The hotel’s debut comes on the heels of recent Hilton Garden Inn openings in Argentina, Brazil, Mexico and Peru. Hilton currently has more than 180 properties welcoming guests in the Caribbean and Latin America, across 13 brands, including more than 30 Hilton Garden Inn hotels.

Hilton Garden Inn’s updated region-specific prototype caters to the Caribbean and Latin American market while ensuring consistency and flexibility to owners and developers. The prototype offers streamlined design, featuring local materials and designers, a color palate inspired by the destination, and a food and beverage program that reflects the local flavors with ingredients and traditional dishes to create an authentic experience for guests.

Hilton Garden Inn Santiago del Estero, Argentina - Opened October 2021

As the first international hotel chain to arrive in the destination, the 76-room Hilton Garden Inn Santiago del Estero, is strategically located near the Forum Convention Center and Termas de Río Hondo International Racetrack, and features a full-service spa, two pools, on-site dining and 2,400 square feet of conference space. As of Dec. 31, 2021, Hilton has seven properties in Argentina, including three Hilton Garden Inn hotels.

Hilton Garden Inn Silao Aeropuerto Bajio, Mexico - Opened December 2021

The brand’s first outpost in the city, the 148-room Hilton Garden Inn Silao Aeropuerto Bajio is located just 10 kilometers from the Guanajuato International Airport, offers guests free shuttle service and features a scenic rooftop bar and restaurant with views of Cerro del Cubliete. As of Dec. 31, 2021, Hilton has approximately 85 properties in Mexico, including 13 Hilton Garden Inn hotels.

Hilton Garden Inn Sao Paulo Reboucas, Brazil - Opened December 2021

Located in the artistic Pinheiros neighborhood, the 170-room Hilton Garden Inn Sao Paulo Reboucas includes an onsite restaurant and gym, and is within proximity to the city center, museums, and iconic historic sites. As of Dec. 31, 2021, Hilton has more than 10 properties in Brazil, including four Hilton Garden Inn hotels.

Hilton Garden Inn Cancun Airport, Mexico - Opened March 1, 2022

As the first and only hotel connected to Cancun International Airport, the newly built 186-room Hilton Garden Inn Cancun Airport features lush, high-design elements with an eye-catching, open-air restaurant, pool, and business center. As of Dec. 31, 2021, Hilton has approximately 85 properties in Mexico, including 13 Hilton Garden Inn hotels.

Hilton Garden Inn Lima Miraflores, Peru - Scheduled Opening Q2 2022

Featuring a rooftop pool and central location close to the city center and Playa Waikiki Beach, the 235-room Hilton Garden Inn Lima Miraflores will include eight meeting rooms, business center and onsite dining. As of Dec. 31, 2021, Hilton has seven properties in Peru, including two Hilton Garden Inn hotels.
