Cornell Hotel Society (CHS) EMEA Region to award again Master Programme and Executive Education Scholarships for graduate studies and courses at the Cornell Nolan School of Hotel Administration in Ithaca, New York, USA
London/Berlin – The Cornell Hotel Society (CHS) is awarding scholarships from the Deiv Salutskij EMEA Scholarship Fund for the Professional Development Program (PDP), the Rudy Münster EMEA GMP Scholarship Fund for the General Managers Program (GMP) and the Leif Evensen EMEA MMH Scholarship Fund for the Master of Management in Hospitality (MMH) Program for course work on the Cornell campus in 2023. One MMH scholarship of c. $20,000, three PDP courses (each with a face value of c. $4,000), and one c. $6,000 contribution to attend the GMP will be awarded.
Hospitality industry professionals living and working in the EMEA Region are eligible to apply for the scholarships. Ideally candidates should be interested in becoming actively involved in CHS or are already active in one of the eleven CHS Chapters in the region.
Interested candidates should apply to their local Chapter Presidents or, if not known, to Alison Hargreaves, Chairperson of the Cornell EMEA Scholarship Committee, via email to: [email protected]. The Deiv Salutskij EMEA Scholarship Fund, Rudy Münster EMEA GMP Scholarship Fund and Leif Evensen EMEA MMH Scholarship Fund are overseen by the CHS EMEA region and are not official endowed scholarships administered by Cornell University. There are various endowed scholarships earmarked for EMEA applicants of both full-time programs (e.g. undergraduate and graduate), as well as for PDP course work on campus. The Master of Management in Hospitality (MMH) Program is a graduate-level business program at the Cornell Nolan School of Hotel Administration firmly anchored in the hospitality industry. The MMH curriculum focuses on understanding and experiencing the business of hospitality management, rather than general management. This MMH degree program combines required courses in hospitality business, immersive industry experiences, and specialization options.
