Ennismore’s combination of entrepreneurialism and individuality has arguably become the envy of the hotel world. Valued at more than US$2.2 billion, Ennismore is not just s a ‘hotel group’. Instead, it is a “lifestyle collective”. There are more than 15 individual brands, each challenging what hospitality can be. The London-born business has grown from operating only The Hoxton brand to a global force, backed by the world’s wealthiest governments.

From the first Hoxton, in London’s Shoreditch, back in 2012, Ennismore has created an empire of more than 130 properties, following a merger with Accor in 2021. With that, Ennismore became the umbrella group brands such as 25hours (originally from Bavaria) and SLS (which launched in Miami). Other hotel flags include Mondrian, SO/and Hyde, and Ennismore also operates non-hotel brands such as the co-working space Working From_ and F&B companies Paris Society and Carte Blanched.

Orignal Ennismore boss Sharan Pasricha remains co-CEO of the group, involved in the creative direction and overall tactility of his company. But, following the merger with Accor, the man getting down to business is Gaurav Bhushan.
