This year, we are focusing on Digital Hotel Operations along the guest experience and we are inviting hotel chains up from 3 properties under one umbrella to provide their feedback. By participating in this study, you will support the industry to better understand the operational challenges that hotel chains face when it comes to automation and automated guest services.
