Support at Every Stage of Parenthood

Hilton offers a suite of benefits that help support working parents, including:

  • Parents’ Concierge: Parents’ Concierge is a personalized service designed to simplify the maternity and parental leave process for team members. It provides an exclusive concierge service that serves as the parents’ single point of contact from pregnancy, through parental leave, and their return to work.
  • Parental support services: Parental support services: Through its partnership with Wellthy, a no-cost caregiving service to help tackle the logistical and administrative tasks related to caregiving, U.S.-based Hilton team members will have access to Parental Support beginning in January 2025. This program will offer access to virtual doulas, lactation consultants, sleep coaches and parenting experts. It will also include a "return-to-work" checklist, easing the transition for new parents returning from leave.
  • Teen support services: Additionally, Wellthy has developed a Teen Support solution in response to team member feedback. Available in the U.S., U.K., and Ireland, this program provides resources for finding mental health services, sourcing SAT/ACT tutors, exploring college prep programs and more.
  • Adoption Assistance program: Offering reimbursement for adoption-related expenses up to $10,000 per child, with no limit to the number of adoptions.
