Adagio continues its development in Europe and sets up in Luxembourg, in partnership with the CODIC Group

Adagio is taking a new step in its development and announces the future opening of its first aparthotel in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, developed by CODIC, in the heart of “BOTANICA – Your Office Resort”, the new innovative business eco-district of the Cloche d’Or. With this new location, the European leader in aparthotels confirms its status as a key player in the sector, now present in 17 countries. Carried out in partnership with the CODIC Group, a prestigious real estate reference in Europe and a renowned developer in Luxembourg, this visionary project will open its doors by 2027.
A strategic location in a dynamic capital
With this leasehold project, Adagio is setting up in a country where very few international aparthotel brands are present. Located in the heart of the Cloche d’Or, a thriving business district, this Adagio Original will enjoy a privileged position. This dynamic hub, which already brings together 520,000 m² of offices and many international companies, promises exponential growth with a planned 50% increase in office space by 2027.
The recent arrival of the “Luxtram” tram, and its planned extension in 2031 just in front of Botanica, strengthen the connection with the entire city and the airport.
A sustainable and innovative establishment
This new aparthotel will offer 121 apartments with a contemporary design, designed according to the “Smart House” concept of the Adagio Original range, which combines a sleeping area and a fully equipped kitchen. In addition to the common areas and hotel services – fitness area, self-service laundry, etc. – the common and collaborative space “The Circle”, an integral part of the Adagio aparthotels, will offer innovative services, such as the library of objects to borrow, the Shop or the Kids corner, and a hybrid space suitable for both work and convivial moments.
This establishment, which is part of a resolutely eco-responsible approach, with facilities promoting biodiversity and sustainable resource management, will be integrated into the tertiary project “BOTANICA – Your Office Resort”, developed by CODIC. This avant-garde district combines 53,000 m² of ultra-modern offices, shops, restaurants, a nursery and a landscaped park of more than 2 hectares. It offers a unique and inspiring living environment, merging workspaces, social life and well-being within a green and sustainable environment. Innovative and exemplary in ecological terms, “BOTANICA – Your Office Resort” aims to set new standards for next-generation office real estate, reflecting the contemporary aspirations of workers and companies: making the office a place of meeting, creation and innovation where working rhymes with sharing and well-being. Botanica will welcome its first users in the first quarter of 2027.
This collaboration with CODIC is based on shared values and on the same vision: creating a unique, sustainable destination integrated into the city. This new Adagio establishment will thus become a real place to live, where work, conviviality and relaxation spaces intersect.
The signing of our first establishment in Luxembourg is an important step for Adagio. It perfectly illustrates our ambition for growth in Europe and will integrate perfectly with “BOTANICA – Your Office Resort”. We are convinced that this new offer dedicated to medium and long stays will satisfy business and leisure demand by offering our future customers an innovative and environmentally friendly product. We are very proud of this first partnership with CODIC. Arthur Jaeger, Chief Development & Real Estate Officer
We are delighted to welcome the Adagio brand to our “BOTANICA – Your Office Resort” development. We have designed BOTANICA as a welcoming and inspiring place where the surrounding nature and living spaces stimulate the creativity and efficiency of organizations. The Adagio offer of 121 keys, unique in Luxembourg, fits perfectly into our concept and will offer a local accommodation service for all BOTANICA users.Vincent Beck, CEO CODIC International
