Burnwal brings more than a decade of technical leadership experience building platforms from the ground up. As Co-Founder and CTO of Sustainiam, he architected the company's core technology and product strategy, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver complex, scalable, and secure systems. His background in building sustainable, high-efficiency systems at Sustainiam is directly applicable to hospitality’s most urgent crisis: workforce sustainability.
