Burnwal brings more than a decade of technical leadership experience building platforms from the ground up. As Co-Founder and CTO of Sustainiam, he architected the company's core technology and product strategy, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver complex, scalable, and secure systems. His background in building sustainable, high-efficiency systems at Sustainiam is directly applicable to hospitality’s most urgent crisis: workforce sustainability. At Paathz, Burnwal will lead the development of the platform's core technology stack and drive the first public release of features tailored to hospitality hiring. The product roadmap includes:
