h2c's global AI benchmarking study is open for hotel groups to participate via interview or survey, with a deadline extended to 14 July 2026.

The conversation around AI in hospitality has moved beyond experimentation. Many hotel groups have already implemented AI-powered tools, while others are evaluating where AI can deliver the greatest impact.
To better understand what is happening in practice, h2c is conducting its global study "The AI Opportunity: Real Wins for Guests, Staff, and Operators."
The study explores how hotel groups around the world are using AI and automation today, what results they are achieving, where challenges remain, and how priorities are evolving for the years ahead.
Since launching the research, we have already received valuable input from hotel chains across multiple regions. To allow even more organizations to contribute, the participation deadline has been extended until 14 July 2026.
Key topics include:
• Real-world AI use cases and measurable outcomes
• AI adoption and maturity levels across hotel groups
• Guest-facing and employee-facing applications
• Direct booking, distribution, and personalization strategies
• Agentic AI and future opportunities for hospitality
Participating hotel groups will receive early access to selected findings and contribute to one of the industry's most comprehensive AI benchmarks.
Participation is open to hotel groups, chains, management companies, and representation companies operating three or more properties.
There are two ways to participate:
30-minute interview
A short strategic discussion to share your experiences and perspectives in greater depth.
20-minute online survey
A mobile-friendly questionnaire available in English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, and Chinese.
