Radisson Hotel Group’s Creator Hub wins global awards as nano creator platform reshapes travel marketing

Radisson's nano-creator platform now spans 400+ hotels in 64 countries, claiming 22x higher conversion than macro-influencers and winning multiple industry awards since launch.

Less than a year after launch, Creator Hub — Radisson Hotel Group’s platform connecting nano content creators with hotels — has scaled to more than 400 properties across 64 countries and earned international recognition for turning creator-led travel storytelling into a practical content model for hotels.

Creator Hub was built around a simple idea: giving talented creators access to hotels they wouldn't normally reach, in exchange for authentic photo and video content at no media cost.

The value of authentic travel storytelling

Creator Hub addresses one of the hospitality industry’s growing challenges: how to produce a steady flow of authentic, high-quality content without relying solely on costly traditional shoots or generic stock-style imagery, which audiences increasingly recognize and scroll past (Nielsen Norman Group), making authentic creator content more valuable for hotels competing for attention online.

As travelers look to real people and real experiences for inspiration, creator-led content is becoming a more valuable way for hotels to build trust and stand out online. Research shows that 92% of consumers trust word of mouth and user-generated content over traditional brand advertising (Nielsen, Global Trust in Advertising).

The shift is especially relevant in travel, where short-form video is now considered the highest-return content format for travel marketers, ahead of long-form video and livestreams (HubSpot, State of Marketing 2026). It is also changing how younger travelers find inspiration, with Gen Z travelers turning to Instagram, YouTube and TikTok, rather than a search engine, when planning trips (Pew Research Center data, cited in Taboola, 2026).

Creator Hub turns these trends into a practical, always-on model for sourcing valuable content, giving hotels a cost-effective way to work with creators around community, credibility and creativity.

Travel discovery is no longer led only by search engines or polished brand campaigns — it is shaped by creators, people trust stories that feel real. Influence is moving from scale to credibility, with smaller creators often driving deeper engagement because their content feels authentic and relatable. With Creator Hub, we are helping hotels produce a continuous flow of high-quality content and become more discoverable across the channels where travelers already look for inspiration. Trusted voices, real stories

Within its first year, the platform has reached more than 600 creators across more than 400 hotels spanning 64 countries, with creators based in 44 countries in EMEA and APAC.

Creator Hub isn't about celebrities: it's about real travelers of every age and style who happen to be brilliant storytellers: couples, solo female travelers, filmmakers, photographers, inclusive voices and families, with Stockholm, Amsterdam, Gothenburg, Budapest and Helsinki currently the platform's most sought-after destinations.

The diversity of creators helps participating hotels reach new audiences in ways traditional advertising rarely achieves. Radisson Hotel Group’s portfolio — from design-led lifestyle hotels such as art’otel London Hoxton and Radisson RED Belgrade to heritage properties such as Cour des Loges Lyon, A Radisson Collection Hotel — gives creators a wide range of distinctive settings to capture and share.

The hotel was a great place to create content, with lots of different spaces to shoot in. The whole team knew we were there to capture content, which made it easy to set up shots. The collaboration through Creator Hub was simple and well organized throughout. Creator Hub has already gained international recognition, including a Premios Dircom 2026 win in Spain, a SABRE Awards EMEA 2026 finalist placement, an IN2 SABRE Certificate of Excellence and inclusion in Actualidad Económica and El Mundo’s “100 Best Ideas of the Year.” These milestones reflect the platform’s growing impact on how hotels produce, source and use creator-led content.

Delivering results

The results show that Creator Hub is not only a content platform, but a performance-driven marketing model. Creator Hub's nano-creator model drives 22.2x higher conversion than macro-influencers (Apple Tree/Radisson Hotel Group campaign analysis), with a 34.1% impression rate (Later, Influencer Marketing Trends & Benchmarks, 2025), double that of any other influencer tier. Together, these results show how smaller, more credible creator partnerships can help hotels generate content that is both authentic and commercially effective.

“Creator Hub has helped us generate a significant amount of high-quality content that authentically showcases our property, from our distinctive Karim Rashid-designed interiors and vibrant guest experience to our extensive meeting and event facilities. The content created through the platform has helped bring the hotel to life across our digital channels and has enabled us to reach new audiences in a meaningful and engaging way”, said Roderick Smith, General Manager of Park Inn by Radisson Amsterdam City West & Amsterdam Congress Center
