Sustainability needs to mean more, not less!

Arnaud Herrmann, VP Sustainable Development at AccorHotels Group, asks, and answers, four critical questions that hotel groups face when designing and implementing sustainability programs. These center on overcoming obstacles, identifying benefits, changing the mindset of owners, and designing buildings with sustainability in mind from the outset.

After studying engineering and graduating with a master's degree from the HEC business school, Arnaud Herrmann spent ten years in the sustainable development department at Ernst & Young. He oversaw the B2C sector and was in charge of activities related to management systems and ecodesign. He joined AccorHotels in 2013 as the group's Sustainable Development Director.
