We own limited service hotel properties in the southeastern and midwestern United States operating as Jameson Inn and Signature Inn brands. The Jameson Inns are colonial- style, limited service hotel properties in the Southeast. Signature Inns are larger, limited service hotel properties primarily in the Midwest. Jameson Inns, Inc. has 120 combined operating inns and approximately 8,200 rooms in 14 states. The inns are leased to and operated by Kitchin Hospitality LLC.
