Minotel International

Minotel International is an association of medium class and superior quality hotels. To guarantee this quality, our hotels are carefully selected and are visited when they join. Then a quality check is regularly undertaken by our “Mystery Men”. They are experts, unknown to our members and they travel from Minotel to Minotel producing a visit report of several pages which they send in to the association head office. Our hotels are 95% managed by the proprietor families. While the work of the chain consists in seeking out new customers, the work of the hotelkeeper consists in serving the customer really well so that, by the time he leaves, he has become a friend. It is absolutely necessary that this friend return and also that he use other hotels in the chain. Each Minotelier makes the next reservation requested by any customer free of charge.
