Rick Miller, current President & CEO, founded HRM Marketing, Inc. in Kansas City in July of 1981. After a number of assignments at metro hotels and resorts in various capacities he left Tamarron Resort in Durango, Colorado as Director of Sales & Marketing to start HRM. Over the years the firm has evolved to become the leading marketing support company in the field. HRM and golf marketing arm, Carriage Trade Golf, serve the hospitality industry with a number of innovative products and services. Meeting managers, be they corporate or association, remain the company’s focal point. Since 1982 HRM has produced a series of meeting management seminars. These events assist planners in honing their skills enabling them to capture current information and techniques.
