Condo Hotel Center

Greene & Associates, Inc. was founded in 1970, specializing in the sale of hotels and motels. Located in Miami, Florida, it became the south’s largest real estate brokerage firm in the hospitality field. In 1988, Joel Greene, son of Sheldon Greene, joined the firm, and the business has operated as a father/son operation since that time. In 2002 Sheldon and Joel recognized a new trend in hotels in South Florida. They saw four- and five-star hotels selling some of their rooms as condos. The owners of these condo hotel units could use them when they wanted and place them in the hotel’s rental program when they were not using them, sharing in the revenues raised. More importantly, the owners could reap the benefits of appreciation when they chose to resell their units.
