Eagle Point Hotel Partners LLC is an independent platform founded by Stephen Chan and Erik Warner with the backing of Joie de Vivre Properties (www.jdvhotels.com) and Geolo Capital (www.geolo.com), John Pritzker's private equity arm. The firm targets midscale, full-service and boutique hotels in primary and secondary markets that exhibit the greatest characteristics of growth over the short and medium term. The two principals, Stephen Chan and Erik Warner, created Eagle Point Hotel Partners in 2011 after longstanding and successful careers in the hotel real estate, private equity sector.
