Silverwest Hotels, LLC

Silverwest Hotels was formed in 2013 by hotel industry veterans Edward Mace and Charles Peck. Utilizing the experience of its founders as both owners and operators, Silverwest Hotels and its team have a proven track record of identifying successful hotel locations within both U.S. cities and resort destinations which have created attractive returns for its partners and investors.  In 2025, Silverwest concluded its successful initial fund formed in 2015 that included 10 hotels and resorts in the western U.S. Silverwest has been a hotel owner in Hawai‘i since 2015 with its acquisition of a major hotel at Waikoloa Beach on Hawai‘i Island. It began planning the design and construction of Hale Hōkūala Kaua‘i in 2018. In creating its portfolio of outstanding new and renovated hotels, Silverwest has partnered with a diverse group of institutional investors including publicly-traded companies, private equity funds, family offices and individual investors.
