The company has owned as many as 19 independent and assisted living facilities throughout the Southeast United States. In 2013, the company sold 15 of these facilities for $220,000,000 enabling the company to concentrate on their more strategic senior properties and newer hotel acquisition. TJM maintains a strong real estate portfolio and continues to increase the company’s holdings.
