Wilderness Reserve
Set within 6,000 acres of rolling parkland, woodland and lakes in Suffolk’s Yox Valley, Wilderness Reserve spans three adjoining estates, Sibton Park, Chapel Barn, and the latest addition of Blyth Barn, with 27 houses across the estates. With each estate offering an exceptional collection of homes and cottages, homes range from one bedroom ‘lost’ cottages with their own lakes and rowing boats, to Spa Houses designed with larger groups in mind, complete with hot tubs, saunas and steam rooms. Lovingly restored by artisans, each home has a unique character. From the grand Grade II listed manor house and restored 15th century barn, to charming, thatched cottages and romantic retreats, Wilderness Reserve is a long-term conservation and restoration project - protecting English nature and breathing new life into historic properties. Guests enjoy a highly personalised stay, with tailored services including private chefs, wellness treatments and a wide range of immersive, nature-led activities. Accommodating up to 254 guests, Wilderness Reserve is suited to both intimate escapes and large-scale celebrations. Underpinned by a long-term commitment to conservation and rewilding, the estate combines design-led hospitality with the protection and restoration of the natural environment, creating a distinctive countryside experience where heritage, nature and luxury coexist.
