LiveStay is a leading Australian living sector platform with over 30 years of experience owning, operating, and managing accommodation assets across the country. The Group operates across serviced apartments, hotels, co-living and BTR through its three brands: Veriu Hotels & Suites, Punthill Apartment Hotels and UKO. As of 2026, LiveStay has over 90 sites under operation or in construction, with a further 6 sites to begin construction in the next 24 months.  LiveStay operates including managed and leased assets, which is supported by its 600 employees nationwide.
