sarahhabsburg.com was born after a family move from southern Chile to Austria when I pivoted the focus of my previous consulting business, metamarketing.cl, to support the accommodation sector in the recovery process from Covid-19 via a free six-part resource series. The short-term goal is to build tourism resilience, encourage community, and support the development of recovery strategies for all those small, independent hotels, b&bs, lodges and hostels who do not have the back up of a management team or marketing specialist. The longer term goal is to offer ongoing online courses and training for tourism that support all areas of learning and development to create a more sustainable future for individual businesses and the industry as a whole.
