The RADCO Companies

The RADCO Companies® is a nationally recognized real estate industry leader and innovator. The Atlanta-based opportunistic real estate firm has a national platform. It was formed in 1994, when it acquired what is now known as The Four Seasons Hotel, Office and Condominium Tower in Atlanta, Georgia.

The RADCO Companies initially specialized in acquiring distressed, underperforming and challenging deals, with an emphasis on multifamily, mixed-use, condominiums and highly amenitized for sale housing developments. In 2000, The RADCO Companies began to accept workout service opportunities developing a platform that distinguished the company in the last cycle.

In the middle of 2011, The RADCO Companies began focusing on multifamily investments with mark-to-market and value-added opportunities due to their attractive risk-adjusted returns. Today, the firm continues to acquire properties as a principal, leveraging its turnaround experience in order to outperform the marketplace. In 2015, The RADCO Companies launched its own in-house property management firm, RADCO Residential. RADCO Residential currently manages all RADCO Companies properties.

The RADCO Companies mission is "Building Better Living."​ As a national real estate acquisition and redevelopment company, the firm has grown its multifamily portfolio to include approximately 18,000 units in Georgia, Illinois, Oklahoma, Colorado, South Carolina, Texas, Florida, and North Carolina.
