The Hotel MOTTO completes the portfolio of the MOTTO Group from top restaurateur Bernd Schlacher, who has been responsible for innovations in the Viennese gastronomy scene for over 30 years. The now legendary cult pub MOTTO was followed by the two-story restaurant & café MOTTO am FLUSS - directly on the Donau Canal. With the catering service of the same name, Schlacher, who is considered a pioneer in Austrian gastronomy, enriches glamorous national and international events. The latest addition, the MOTTO Brot bakery, has been seducing the Viennese since autumn 2020 with a symbiosis of French flair, Viennese tradition and high-quality ingredients. MOTTO Brot is located on the ground floor of the hotel and attracts hotel guests and locals to the 6th district with a pub garden. Schlacher's motto for all of his projects is to create a cozy, cosmopolitan atmosphere at the highest level - without a show. He focuses on individuality and authenticity, as well as the highest quality.
