Solanet Hotel Management

Created by Jean Solanet, first president of Groupe Envergure (now Louvre Hôtels), Solanet Gestion Hôtelière has been managing hotels for 30 years on behalf of various investors.

Composed of a team of around twenty hotel professionals, Solanet Gestion Hôtelière supports the various investors in the management of their hotels. The success and sustainability of our support is based on the significant human resources gathered in the management company and this, in each of the areas of the hotel industry (management, administrative, yield management, commercial, marketing, technical, human resources, etc.) )

Solanet Gestion Hôtelière manages both franchised hotels (Louvre Hotels, Accor, Marriott and IHG) throughout France and independent hotels in Paris.

He assists investors who trust him in the acquisition of 3 to 4 hotels per year on average, throughout the process (from prospecting to the final signature).

The alignment of interests with investors is essential for our structure. It is based on variable compensation (largely a percentage of gross operating income), a limited number of family partners (so as not to dilute the expectations and requirements of each investor) and co-investment (in order to alignment of capitalistic interests).
