Hotel Investment Partners (HIP) has 73 hotels (21.831 rooms) located in the country's top tourist destinations. 95% of rooms are leisure and 71% are located beachfront, operated by the sector's leading brands: Marriott, Hyatt, Barceló, Melià and Lopesan, among others. The hotels are in unique and exclusive locations, most of them in the Canary Islands, followed by the Balearic Islands, Peninsula, Italy, Greece and Portugal.
