Experimental

Experimental was founded in 2007 by childhood friends, Olivier Bon, Pierre- Charles Cros and Romée de Goriainoff. Xavier Padovani later joined the group and their shared vision: to offer the ultimate hospitality experience to a discerning clientele. Celebrated for bringing the cocktail renaissance to Paris, Experimental operates seven Experimental Cocktail Club bars in Paris, London, the Cotswolds, Venice and Verbier; STEREO, a live music venue in London; four "Compagnie Wine" bars wine bars in Paris, London and New York; and two beach clubs in Ibiza and Cannes. In 2015, the Group embarked on another journey, this time into hotels. Today, Experimental has twelve hotels across London, Paris, Ibiza, Menorca, Venice, Verbier, Val d'Isère, the Cotswolds and will grow the portfolio with a further hotel in Rome, Porto and Comporta in 2026.
