It Mallorca Unique Spaces was founded by Miguel Conde in 2011 when he opened Hotel Can Cera. Other hotel openings followed in later years and together they today form the luxury collection, It Mallorca. Miguel and his architect wife, Cristina Marti, are responsible for the renovation and restoration of the spaces while Susana Tejada – a passionate hospitality leader who has been working for over 20 years in the luxury boutique hotel sector and has been responsible for the operational openings of all the group’s hotels since 2011 – is currently the General Manager of It Mallorca.

Together, they have been pioneers in opening luxury boutique hotels in Palma Mallorca, and have always opted to renovate buildings of great historical interest with the aim of giving locals back the unique architectural spaces that formed part of their past. Places mirroring their love for design and art. It Mallorca’s five boutique hotels are each wonderfully distinct but share the common denominator of offering beautiful spaces, heartfelt hospitality, and an unrivalled home-away-from-home feel.
