In 2023, Aldo Melpignano introduced Egnazia Ospitalità Italiana, a hotel management group that already includes various properties throughout Italy. Alongside family-owned establishments like Borgo Egnazia and Masseria Le Carrube, EOI includes Santavenere in Maratea, HOTEL de LEN in Cortina d’Ampezzo, and three additional openings scheduled between 2024 and 2025: Castel Badia in Brunico, a property near Rome, and Hotel Ancora in Cortina d’ Ampezzo. The Egnazia group offers entrepreneurs and hoteliers an operational management model that emphasizes an entirely Italian hospitality culture. This is achieved through contemporary and innovative tools, technologies, and skills necessary to develop efficient, competitive business models that prioritize the true protagonist: the customer.
