The Sirius Hotel Group (Limited), formerly Resident Hotels (Limited), is a specialist hotel management company founded in 2006, led by CEO David JM Orr and CFO Ameesh Shah,  owned by Mactaggart Family & Partners. The group manages two distinct brands on behalf of its investors. The Resident brand consists of five hotels that are positioned in the upper upscale segment and located in Covent Garden, Soho, Victoria, Liverpool, and Edinburgh, while our four midscale properties have recently been converted to Four Points Flex by Sheraton under franchise with Marriott International.

Four Points Flex by Sheraton represents Marriott’s newest midscale brand; guests can enjoy the Marriott Bonvoy programme of benefits.

The Resident hotels are located in prime city centres, offering a home-like environment enhanced by personalised local recommendations from 'Resident Insiders.'  The Resident Edinburgh, opened in Autumn 2024 was awarded Gold in the 2025 Scottish Design Awards, Retrofit category.
