Coucou&Co SA is a Swiss rental management and concierge company headquartered in Sion, Valais, helping owners rent out furnished apartments, chalets, houses and serviced residences for short and medium stays while taking care of the operational details such as guest communication, cleaning and linen services. The company traces its origins to a project developed in the HES SO Valais Wallis Business eXperience incubator, born from the founders’ observation that many second home owners struggled to access platforms like Airbnb or Booking.com and could not find local agencies offering end to end support. After launching its first rental in Saint Luc in early 2017, Coucou&Co was officially founded in October 2017 by Nicolas Montagner and Andreas Fischer at the Technopôle de Sierre, and has since grown into a well known operator in French speaking Switzerland with a large portfolio of managed properties.
