Work-Play Nexus is a research and advisory practice founded by Dr. Jungho Suh, a management professor at The George Washington University School of Business. The organization brings together a team of research fellows and associates working at the intersection of AI, entrepreneurship, and organizational strategy, producing evidence-based insights on strategic human resource management and leadership in the age of AI. Its work spans academic research and industry-facing initiatives, helping organizations build innovative, resilient, and human-centered systems that integrate AI responsibly while strengthening talent, culture, and performance. Work-Play Nexus is based in Washington, DC, and Seoul, South Korea.
