Led by Elevate Capital Group and PGIM and designed by Ministry of Design in  collaboration with Zarch Collaboratives, Stamford Place is a new mixed-use lifestyle  development at the corner of Stamford Road and Hill Street in Singapore's Civic  District. Set within the reimagined former Stamford Court building, the four-storey destination brings together APT., a 66-room boutique serviced apartment concept;  hospitality-inspired workspaces by The Great Room by Industrious; and a curated  collection of dining, retail and art.
