Experiential Hospitality Group develops environments and journeys organized around nature, movement, culture, and the emotional dimension of travel, expressed through boutique eco-lodges, guided journeys, and experiential travel destinations. Founded by Jesús Parrilla, the group builds on 25 years across luxury hospitality, experiential travel, and conservation-driven development. Parrilla previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Explora Hotels and as Partner and Strategic Advisor at Luxury Frontiers, and has advised hospitality ownership groups including Paradero Hotels on experiential programming and operational standards. He also serves on the board of Smartrip, a Chilean B Corp focused on channeling tourism toward positive social and environmental impact. Raised outside Seville, Spain, and educated in the United States, Parrilla has spent more than two decades working across hospitality, nature, exploration, and experience design.
