The University of North Texas Hospitality Management program prepares students for management positions within the hospitality industry. The program is accredited by the ACPHA, meaning it has passed strict academic standards for excellence in education. The Hospitality Management program offers a Bachelor of Science degree, a Master of Science (MS) degree, and a MS/MBA degree. The Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex provides excellent networking and internship opportunities with top professionals and organizations in the hospitality industry. The program includes an endowed faculty position, the Dedman Chair in Club Management, which is sponsored by ClubCorp. Furthermore, students learn about the industry in hands-on, specialized locations such as The Club at the Gateway Center, the student-operated restaurant on the UNT campus, and a required management internship.
