The Biarritz's school of hospitality management is a public establishment. Students occupy the present building since 1991. The school's main vocation is to prepare students for a career in hotel management and tourism. The "B.T.S." in hotel management is a two year diploma. Students who wish to enter this section must have priorly obtained a technological "BAC" or a general "BAC" followed by one year of "mise à niveau", class required to attain the technical level required.
