The program provides students a high quality, professional program of academic studies that both career centered and industry oriented. Specifically, the goals of the program are to: (1) provide students with the technical, operation, managerial positions of leadership in the hospitality industry; (2) provide opportunities that encourage the free exchange of ideas, innovation, problem-solving and the cultivation of interpersonal skills; and, (3) integrate the dynamic elements and realities of the hospitality industry into all academic course work and program activities.
