The Hotel School, Sydney, is a unique partnership between Southern Cross University and Mulpha Australia's hotel portfolio (InterContinental Sydney, Hayman, Sanctuary Cove, Hyatt at Sanctuary Cove and Hilton, Melbourne). We offer a Bachelor of Business in Hotel Management over 3 years [FEE- HELP scheme available]. Our aim is to prepare well-rounded graduates for employment in hotel and tourism management positions in Australia and internationally. Candidates are selected on the basis of academic performance, achievements and an interview.
