The curriculum at College of the Ozarks is founded upon the liberal arts which offers the student an investigation of a variety of subjects as well as an intensive concentration in Hotel & Restaurant Management (HRM). A student may earn either a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree at College of the Ozarks. The HRM program also offers a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in Culinary Arts.

HRM students may choose a general management course of study or select an emphasis in professional foodservice management or meeting and special event management.

Classes are offered in The Keeter Center which includes lodging, restaurant, bakery, coffee shop, and meeting facilities.
