Kinseth adds Residence Inn by Marriott hotel in Ankeny, IA
Kinseth Hospitality Company (KHC) is pleased to announce the official Ribbon Cutting and Grand Opening Celebration of the Residence Inn by Marriott hotel in Ankeny, Iowa. The grand opening ceremony for the Residence Inn, located in The District at Prairie Trail at 1515 SW Main Street, took place on Thursday, October 24, 2019, with over 100 in attendance. To kick-off the event, Heather Lilienthal, Ankeny Chamber Vice Chairman of the Board; Dennis Albaugh, Owner of DRA Properties; Gary Lorenz, City of Ankeny Mayor; Ben Kinseth, Vice President of Kinseth Hospitality; and Suzy Ridder, General Manager, shared their excitement about the new Residence Inn hotel.
