DoubleTree by Hilton Ann Arbor North Opens

Following a $9 million renovation, DoubleTree by Hilton Ann Arbor North today opened its doors to guests as the only full-service hotel in North Ann Arbor and the latest addition to the growing DoubleTree by Hilton global portfolio of nearly 590 hotels. Located within five miles of downtown Ann Arbor, the 227-room hotel transformation welcomes guests with upgraded accommodations, including 55-inch televisions, sleek glass showers, new carpeting, stylish furniture and three state-of-the-art Five Feet to Fitness™ guest rooms — which offer a convenient way for guests to exercise in the privacy of their rooms with more than 11 different pieces of equipment. Additional enhancements were made to the conference, catering and events spaces, as well as the on-site restaurant.

EVEN Hotel Ann Arbor opening Q3 2019

The 111-room, four-story hotel will be located off of I-94 and close to the University of Michigan campus, one of the preeminent research universities in the U.S. The hotel will also be in close proximity to various biotechnology, healthcare, consumer product and technology companies, and located 27 miles west of the Detroit Metropolitan Airport (DTW). The EVEN Hotel Ann Arbor will have 2,432 square feet of meeting space, Athletic Studio, a business center, an indoor pool and spa, an outdoor garden and patio and onsite parking. Expected to open in Q3 2019, the hotel is owned by Graham Hotel Systems. This will be the first EVEN Hotel in Michigan.

FHG Announces Opening of Hyatt Place Ann Arbor hotel

First Hospitality Group, Inc. (FHG), a leading hotel management, acquisition and development company, announced the opening of Hyatt Place Ann Arbor hotel, owned by leading investment firm Rockbridge and developed by Rockbridge"s affiliate hotel development company, RBHD in Ann Arbor, Mich., on Tuesday, Oct. 3. FHG will manage the hotel; its President and CEO Robert Habeeb made the announcement of the hotel"s opening.
