IHG gains momentum in midscale segment with signing of Holiday Inn Express Bengaluru Bommasandra
InterContinental Hotels Group® (IHG), one of world's leading hotel companies has signed a management agreement with Thanishq Grande Hotels & Resorts Private Limited for Holiday Inn Express Bengaluru Bommasandra. The new-built hotel will feature 170 keys and is expected to be operational by Q4 2022. IHG currently operates three Holiday Inn Express hotels in Bengaluru, and the recent signing will further strengthen the brand's presence in the city. The Holiday Inn Express brand has recently gained significant momentum in the country with the opening of 10 hotels, across key cities, positioning IHG as one of the leading hospitality players in the midscale segment in India. Holiday Inn Express Bengaluru Bommasandra will be located along the main Hosur Road, with close proximity to Narayana Institute of Cardiac Sciences, Electronic City, one of India's largest Electronic and IT Industrial parks and near Bommasandra Industrial Area, making it an ideal choice for corporate guests visiting Bengaluru. The hotel will be situated at a convenient distance from Bengaluru International Airport and the city center.
