Officials of Strand Hospitality, a leading regional hotel management company, today announced the grand opening of the 98-room Fairfield Inn & Suites Coastal Carolina Conway in Conway, South Carolina. The hotel was developed by Southern Ventures and built by Dargan Construction Company out of Myrtle Beach, S.C.
