Courtyard Hotel to Open in Historic Downtown DeLand, Florida
The Courtyard by Marriott DeLand Historic District is scheduled to open its doors on Wednesday, October 17, 2018. Located at 308 North Woodland Boulevard, the 104-room hotel will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned and managed by Avista Hotels and Resorts of Orlando, Florida. General Manager Martha Brady & Director of Sales Deborah Devine lead the management team for Avista Hotels and Resorts.
