Atlanta-based Hotel Equities (HE) announced its selection as the management firm for a new-build Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott-Edmonton International Airport located in Edmonton, Alberta. Owned by K5 Investment Group, LLC of Edmonton, AB. The 135-room property is currently under construction and scheduled to be completed first quarter 2019.
