Thailand-based, global hospitality company Dusit International, represented in China by Dusit Fudu Hotels and Resorts, has opened Dusit Thani Sandalwoods Resort Shuangyue Bay Huizhou, Guangdong, a deluxe resort overlooking the emerald waters of the South China Sea in Pinghai Ancient City.
Marriott International (NYSE:MAR) announced today the opening of the 342-room Renaissance Huizhou Hotel in China. The hotel opened under a long-term management agreement with Guangzhou R&F Properties Development Co., Ltd. an existing long-term partner. The hotel represents R+F"s sixth hotel with Marriott International, Inc. The hotel is the first Marriott property to open in Huizhou City, Guangdong Province and also the first Renaissance Hotels branded hotel to open in Pearl River Delta.
With the opening of the Kempinski Hotel Huizhou, Kempinski established its presence in the city and the whole province of Guangdong. The modern five-star hotel beautifully combines the European flair for which Kempinski is known with Chinese culture. Including this latest addition, Kempinski now has eleven properties in China.
Carlson Hotels, one of the world's leading hotel companies, announces today that it has signed a hotel management agreement in one of China's most sought after holiday resort destinations, Huizhou. The Radisson property on a spectacular beach front, featuring 300-rooms, is scheduled to open in the first half of 2012.
