IHG Strengthens Presence in West Africa with signing of Crowne Plaza Lagos Ikeja

IHG Hotels & Resorts, one of the world's leading hospitality companies, has announced the signing of Crowne Plaza Lagos Ikeja, a 119-rooms hotel scheduled to open in early 2028 under a franchise agreement with Watercress Hotel International Limited and to be operated by Valor Hospitality Partners, a global leader in integrated hotel management and operations solutions, and one of IHG's trusted partners. The signing represents a strategic milestone in IHG's expansion across the African continent and reinforces its commitment to strengthening its presence in key cities.

Radisson Opens New Hotel In Lagos, Nigeria

Radisson Hospitality AB is immensely pleased to introduce the Radisson brand to Nigeria and to bring its Scandinavian-inspired hospitality to the country. The hotel features 94 rooms that include standard and deluxe rooms, as well as spacious suites. The hotel has a restaurant serving locally inspired cuisine, a bar and a pool terrace. There are also three meeting rooms, a business center, a special lounge for airline crew, a gym and swimming pool. Located in Ikeja, the capital of the Lagos State, the hotel is situated on Mobolaji Anthony Highway, a main highway linking Ikeja with the rest of Lagos. The international airport, which accounts for 50% of all air traffic in Nigeria is located 1km from the hotel.

Renaissance Landmark Lagos Hotel Signed for Nigeria

Marriott International (NASDAQ: MAR) (www.Marriott.com) and Landmark Africa Group (www.LandmarkAfrica.com) today announced the signing of Renaissance Landmark Lagos Hotel and Marriott Executive Apartments. Slated to open in 2020, the hotels will be located within the Landmark Village precinct, a premier mixed-use, business, leisure and lifestyle development along the Atlantic Ocean waterfront in Victoria Island, the central business district of Lagos.
