Hyatt Announces Plans For First Alila Branded Resort In Europe
Hyatt Hotels Corporation (NYSE: H) announced today that a Hyatt affiliate has entered into a management agreement with Resort 4 SA, owned by Ben Golf Investissements SA, for Europe's first Alila branded resort.
